Our mission is rooted in the urgent need to break down the systemic barriers that prevent Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) individuals from achieving long-term independence.
Through our comprehensive approach, we provide the education, support, and advocacy needed to transform lives and ensure that every individual has the opportunity to achieve their full potential.
We are dedicated to addressing the critical challenges faced by this community, including:
With approximately 90–95% of Deaf children born to hearing parents, many experience limited early exposure to American Sign Language (ASL). This leads to critical language acquisition delays that impact cognitive and social development, hindering success in education and career. We provide early language intervention and accessible resources to counter this.

Currently, only 48% of DHH adults are employed, a stark disparity compared to 72% of their hearing peers. Our programs provide the career readiness and tailored support necessary to close this gap.
DHH individuals often lack access to vital life skills education, such as financial management and essential adult responsibilities. This lack of guidance can lead to difficulties in securing stable housing, managing debt, and building a sustainable career. Our services are designed to equip participants with the tools for self-sufficiency and success.
